Does your SO buy you flowers on a regular basis? Just special occassions? Never? Would you want him to buy you flowers?

I love getting flowers from Danny, love love love. He said he's buying me some on his way back from Amsterdam for me. He bought me a massive bouqet on our 1year anniversary.

Flowers are nice, but they die to quickly... and some then proceed to make a bit of a mess. Hes bought me them here and there, but Im just as fine without them.

I have gotten them before, and I do really like them, but I am fine without them too.

I suffer rather bad allergies to pollen. I buy Aoife flowers, I suffer for days afterwards.

I still do buy them though.

Sometimes! It's pretty awesome, I used to maintain that I didn't care about that sort of stuff but a. I actually love having fresh flowers around and b. it's nice to know he's thinking of me in such a concentrated way that he would bring me something home to make me happy.

I don't really like real flowers because they die too easily. The one time my husband bought me a flower it was a silk rose & I still have it!!

He does indeed. He reckons every girl should have fresh flowers in her room. Hes really thoughtful about it, like he looks up flower meanings and stuff.

I don't think he's ever bought me flowers, he just doesn't do that I guess. I love the look of flowers but they aren't really my thing anyway. lol. I could think of better gifts but it's a lovely gesture!

And yes I'm jealous of all of you. haha

As a flipside from this, while I said I do buy my wife flowers, despite the fact the pollen drives me into sneezing fits, she gets me something nice now and again too.

Lego sets. The little creator ones for like ten euro. Now that's some real love.

my fiance never bought me flowers. but I'm not a big flower fan. He did buy me a hello kitty dvd, teddy bears. <3 that is better imo.

Danny said he'd bring me some flowers when he comes back from Amsterdam. Hmmm. I wonder if he does or not.
