My friend decided to lock me out of my own car one day in my driveway and started cleaning my windows with glass cleaner and paper towels. Well not, I can't get rid of the streaks that the cleaner left. The glare at night from lights are killing me. I've tried wiping it clean with plain paper towels and plain clean cloth, but it just spread the streaks around.

How do I get rid of these streaks?

why would you use newspaper on a window? o.O


Try getting some auto glass cleaner and auto glass rag. Regular glass cleaners sometimes leave streaks that aren't noticeable on house windows/mirrors but in a car when lights hit it oddly, it's horrible.

something about old newspaper helps get the streaking off the window. i'd try washing it with glass cleaner and newspaper, make sure the newspaper is at least 2 days old
