I just realized how many different kinds of cheese there are and how differently they taste.

I just recently became lactose intolerant, so I've had to cut my intake of cheese down to a minimum, but my favorite would have to be Vermont Sharp-White from Cracker Barrel.

What about you guys? There's hundreds to choose from: Sharp, Extra Sharp, American, mozzarella, goat, monteray jack, cream cheese, parmesan...

I <3 Garlic cheese.

And, for crackers I use the Kraft 2% milk mild chedder cheese.

for sandwiches or cheeseburgers or anything like that i love american cheese.

for like cheese and crackers, or cheese quesidillas i like sharp cheddar.

Cabot Sharp Cheddar rules it all!

Provolone is the best on hamburgers. I like Colby & Monterey Jack on anything else.

I don't know about any of those crazy American cheeses but brie would have to be my favourite. So creamy and delicious! Especially on sandwiches. Mm!

Bleu! It's absolutly amazing. Brie would be my favorite for crackers.

i cant stand the taste of blue cheese. i dont know why.
