see how they just have certain things colored && the rest black && white?

that's what I've been trying to do. I've used picnik, picasa, && other sites.

does anyone know how I could do this? please tell me. thanks guys :]

The first one is just using a paintbrush with the opacity set to hue, and then on black.
No clue for the second one though, i dont bother with that stuff.

the second picture on the first post, I think I know how she did her shirt.
she made a black and white photo, but then went back to her original photo.
she traced around the icecream cone, copied, and pasted onto the black and white.

Most probably. But i wouldnt reccomend it because it looks bollocks. I'd just use the method i described tbh.

I would recommend GIMP too. It's a pretty pro piece of software and easy for beginners. It'll be easy to achieve what you want.

What are you confused about?
You have the main menu and your file opens into another screen, in which you have access to the editting menu.

I decided to ask this here. I just downloaded something called "Imagelys Picture Styles 4". Does anybody use it? Can anybody give me some pointers on what things I can do with it? Thanks in advance

I get how to get a picture on there.... and that's about it. But I'm using picnik.com and it's awesome! Really easy.

I'm kind of confused on thatt part.

1.Open up your photo
2.Click on "create"
3.Click the first one "black and white"
4.Click on the little paintbrush under the colour char
5.Then erase the bits you want as the original colour
6.Change the brush size when doing smaller parts
