Gimme the Loot by Biggie makes me happy but like sad and nostalgic for high school and the city... I remember in parties when EVERYONE would sing along cause we all know all the words just cause it was played so often.
Don't Panic by Coldplay can make me cry because it was the first song on the first mixtape anyone made me in high school (the beginning of freshman year) and I listened to it like the day before I left for college and I was tearing up on the subway with all these people around me...
Obsessed by Mariah Carey makes me happy cause it reminds me of my old job we'd play it like 829483042 times a day.
Bad Man by Murs doesn't really make me feel any particular way but it also reminds me of my job at home and of this kid Charlie and my friend Josh and also sort of my friend Hannah.

lmao that used to be my song with my best friend and we'd always say 'i need you like water like breath like rain' kinda gay now that i think of it but its pretty funny.

Hard to Concentrate by Red Hot Chili Peppers, it makes me feel happy and makes me reminisce. Reminds me of a long drive with a very close friend, he had never sang in front of me before (he says he hardly ever sings in front of anybody) and we both were singing at the top of our lungs while it was blasting. It was the first time I ever felt so comfortable with someone and though we have no romantic connection whatsoever, he will always have a very special spot in my heart.

Black by Pearl Jam makes me feel hopeful because it means new beginnings to me (which is kind of weird considering the song content). It reminds me of driving around the city and out to the beach on warm summer nights and being excited and invigorated by a new relationship.

omggg favorite song. it used to be my song for craig when he was dating some other girl and i would scream the lyrics as loud as i could so i would try to believe it: "all i want is for you to be happy..."

Real Love - The Beatles. Makes me feel in love. And loved. I listen to the opening chord about 4 times before I let the music continue. Love how it just....starts. No farting around. Just there. If I get married one day, would like this song to be a part of it somehow.
