okay so my itunes like uploaded itunes plus and all the songs are $1.29.
theres no way in hell im paying that.
how do i get out of it?

you should still be able to use the regular itunes store. try exiting itunes and restarting it then going to the store part. does the same thing happen?

i have itunes.
i dont download from them, i use limewire.
however, i noticed SOME have changed to $1.29. for me though, some were still $.99. are you sure all of the songs are $1.29?

the same thing happened to me when i downloaded it. you have to go to the music store and go into your account. there's an option that says "iTunes Plus" click on "manage iTunes Plus" and disable it, that should make all your songs go back to just being $.99

You should try using limewire to download your songs x

... or bittorrent, if you want entire albums/artists at once :-)
