Honestly I don't have a preference. I've never met a cat that won't come to me, or a dog that hasn't been awesome.

I hate how obnoxious cats can be, unless it's super chill and doesn't jump everywhere it's cool.. but dogs seem to calm down most of the time.

I am a cat person. You only get out of a relationship with a cat what you put into it. My cat is nearly 17, and since she was a kitten she's been showered with attention by everyone so she's friendly and loves meeting new people and being the centre of conversations and attention. She's an exception though, she follows you around.
AND when I was sick as a kid she always used to sit next to me watching over me. They're judgmental little fucks, some of them, but they're hilarious. |

I like dogs better. I just get along with every dog I meet, whereas with cats its more difficult. I'm getting a kitten for us in 2 weeks though and I know that with her things will be different, because she will be my own. Well, our own. I know she will be the coolest kittie around.
I sometimes do feel like my sister's cats are just out to get me, seriously. Care to hear a little story? Last weekend I was at my parents house and one of those silly cats spent the entire night sleeping in my sister's bed. Come 6 a.m. she decides to come into my room and starts pawing at my face. At first I thought, aw that's cute, she does like me after all. Then I get this warm sensation all the way down my side and I sit up in bed only to find out that that evil cat has just peed on me! In my bed! |

Ive never really had an awesome expierence with a full grown cat, so i prefer dogs. Each species has the good ones and the not so friendly ones, but I prefer a small dog over anything else.

Dogs are definitley sooo much better than cats! They are cute, funny, loyal and always make you feel better when you are down! I mean, don't get me wrong, cats can be cute too, but I definetley love dogs much more! ♥
