I had about 6 lessons of fencing at college, but I had to stop because of revision for exams. I loved it. I don't know what 'style' it was, just normal fencing.

if it involved foils it was probably your typical european formal fencing. of that type of fencing the most common types are italian, spanish, and french styles.

Yeah we used foils. It was great fun, I might start up again next year.

I did kendo for a little while in my old martial arts class. I never really got deep into to it but it was fun. Some of the things my instructors did were mindboggling amazing.

i'd say i did.
he only got two hits off of me. one in my leg and one on my hand. i got his leg, his torso, his chest, both arms, and one across the face. the one on the face was more accidently since i was going for his shoulder and he tried to dodge. we had both promised no headshots, so i let him have a free one on me after that. i think both of us still held back way too much though. |
